You will step into a pivotal field leadership role, executing and directing premium residential remodels and custom structural builds. This position provides the professional autonomy to oversee complex carpentry workflows while mentoring a dedicated crew of craftsmen and apprentices. You will directly impact project quality and client satisfaction, supported by an innovative company that values your expertise.


How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead all structural and finish carpentry activities on custom residential remodeling and renovation sites.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for technical carpentry execution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop field carpenters, trade apprentices, and construction site laborers.
  • Interpret architectural blueprints, engineering plans, and technical specifications to organize daily tasks.
