At Icon Property Rescue, a Midwest Remediation company, we don't just fix buildings-we restore peace of mind. We're hiring a full-time Experienced Carpenter to join our construction team in Milford, OH, offering $27 – $32 per hour plus opportunities for premium pay.

YOUR ROLE AS AN EXPERIENCED CARPENTER

On-site, you will perform a variety of tasks including framing, drywall, trim work, cabinetry, and other structural and finish carpentry. You'll take care to protect unaffected areas, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and dismantle job sites safely when finished. You'll coordinate closely with project managers, technicians, and other tradespeople to ensure each job is completed with quality and efficiency. You'll also ensure that your work complies with local building codes and OSHA safety standards while following company protocols and wearing proper PPE. As you work, you'll interact with property owners respectfully, addressing basic questions and demonstrating professionalism throughout the restoration process.


YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time Experienced Carpenter position, working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. You'll report each morning to our central Milford location before heading out to your assigned job site or service area.


REQUIREMENTS FOR AN EXPERIENCED CARPENTER

  • 2+ years of experience in residential or light commercial carpentry
  • Experience in restoration or remodeling following water, fire, or mold damage
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various conditions
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and local building codes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
