Job description

Commercial Carpenter / Lead Carpenter (Project Manager)

Location: Hamilton, OH 45015

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Pay:$20.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are hiring both Carpenters and Lead Carpenters / Project Managers to join our growing construction team. Most work is commercial construction with occasional residential projects throughout the Butler County area.

Responsibilities

  • Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and repairs.
  • Read blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site.
  • Lead Carpenter applicants: Supervise crews, coordinate projects, communicate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship.

Qualifications

  • Carpentry or construction experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Lead Carpenter: 5+ years of commercial carpentry and leadership experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Must have basic carpentry hand tools.
