Join our dynamic construction team at TriCounty Custom Builders as a Carpenter/Laborer, where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of building tasks, from framing and trim carpentry to finishing and restoration work. Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects
  • Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, siding, fixture installation, and finishing tasks
  • Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for framing, rebar installation, drywall hanging, plastering, stucco application, and flooring installation
  • Install doors, cabinets, moldings, trim, siding, and other fixtures with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other repair or renovation projects within the restoration industry
