Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects
• Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, siding, fixture installation, and finishing tasks
• Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for framing, rebar installation, drywall hanging, plastering, stucco application, and flooring installation
• Install doors, cabinets, moldings, trim, siding, and other fixtures with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other repair or renovation projects within the restoration industry
• Use woodworking machines safely to fabricate custom components and ensure quality craftsmanship
• Follow all safety protocols related to power tool use, power tool safety standards, and construction site procedures

Skills

• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques including residential framing, metal stud framing, woodworking, and wood construction materials.
