Carpentry/Installer Apprentice

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We desire motivated, organized, and conscientious individuals who have a passion to provide outstanding craftsmanship and superior customer service.

We currently have the Carpentry/Installer Apprentice position available:

This position is a great way to start a career in this industry. We are looking for individuals that are ready to learn and will eventually become Lead Installers on our team, which can result in the ability to earn $60-90K / year once established as a lead installer. Installer Apprentices assist our Lead Installers with installation of products in a safe, high-quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Installers are required to operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
Requirements
  • Possess and maintain current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in safe manner. 
  • Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong personal organization skills.
