Do you take pride in hands-on construction work and leading from the field? Do you naturally step up to coordinate crews, keep projects moving, and ensure work is installed safely and correctly? If so, keep reading:
We are looking for a Foreman who will coordinate and oversee daily site construction activities under the supervision of the Field Manager. You will support the successful completion of projects with precision, craftsmanship, organization, and documentation - ensuring jobs are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
To Be Successful in This Role:

YOU VALUE SAFETY AND QUALITY
You promote safe work practices at all times and immediately address potential hazards. You take pride in producing quality craftsmanship and maintaining organized, clean job sites that reflect EWB's standards.
YOU ARE HANDS-ON AND TECHNICALLY SKILLED

ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
In the First 30 Days and Ongoing:
  • Complete onboarding program including safety training and equipment certifications
  • Learn EWB processes, documentation standards, and reporting expectations
  • Use Procore to document project progress and submit daily reports
  • Coordinate and attend required building and trade inspections
  • Assist in maintaining organized, clean, and safe job sites
  • Build positive working relationships with subcontractors and inspectors
  • Perform hands-on carpentry, fixturing, and installation work

By the 90-Day Mark and Ongoing:
  • Effectively coordinate daily field activities under supervision of the Field Manager
  • Successfully manage inspection scheduling and documentation requirements
  • Create, submit, and track RFIs and RFI responses
  • Identify and communicate potential job site issues before they impact schedule
  • Promote and enforce safety procedures consistently
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship that meets EWB standards

Within the 6th Month Mark and Ongoing:
  • Confidently oversee daily job site operations with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate leadership presence with subcontractors and field crews
  • Maintain strong organization of job site materials, equipment, and documentation
  • Step into active projects and support the Field Manager in driving schedule performance
  • Consistently deliver "clean and tight" work areas with minimal punch list items

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated history of working safely and adhering to safety standards
  • Ability to climb ladders and roofs
