Pay: $20.50 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience


Responsibilities: EXTERIOR CARPENTRY

Assist with general job site cleanup and organization.

Exterior dry rot

Build back removal

Water proofing/sealants

Sctructure framing

Read and Interpret plans
Wood probing to identify wood rot, termite damage, or weathering on decks, siding and trim to determine weather damage , wood requires repair or replacement. Must know how to measure, identify and keep detail record of everry location on the property in need of wood repaiur/replacement
Ability to inspect, measure, identify repair or replacement for iron is a plus.
