Carpenter / Skilled Carpenter – Residential Remodeling & Fine Carpentry

Location: Williamstown, MA and surrounding areas

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday (occasional flexibility depending on project needs)

Pay: $25–$40 per hour depending on experience, craftsmanship, reliability, and ability to work independently

About Us

We are a small, family-owned residential construction and fine carpentry company serving the Berkshires. We specialize in high-quality remodeling, additions, finish carpentry, and detailed craftsmanship. We take pride in providing excellent work, maintaining strong client relationships, and creating projects that last.

We are growing and looking to add a dependable, skilled carpenter to help support multiple active projects.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated carpenter with residential construction experience who can work independently, communicate well, and contribute to projects without requiring constant supervision.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential carpentry work across new construction remodeling and addition projects
  • Assist with framing, demolition, installation, and finish work
  • Complete work accurately and efficiently with attention to detail
  • Read and follow project plans and direction from lead carpenters/owners
  • Work collaboratively with small crews across multiple job sites
  • Maintain organized and clean job sites

  • 3–7+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
