Lead Carpenter / Foreman

Milwaukee, WI Area | $30-$40/hr + Company Vehicle

Our client, a well-established Wisconsin construction company with over 40 years of success, is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Foreman to support continued growth throughout the Greater Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level carpenter looking to step into a leadership role with a company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and long-term employee success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead commercial and residential construction projects from the field
  • Supervise and mentor carpenters and laborers
  • Perform rough and finish carpentry, steel stud framing, and layout work
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and with high-quality workmanship

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of carpentry experience, preferably in a lead or foreman capacity
  • Experience with commercial steel stud framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • OSHA certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits
