Job description

Responsibilities

- Build and repair decks, stairs, railings, and structural framing.

- Install siding, trim, windows, doors, and exterior finishes.

- Perform framing repairs, dry rot repairs, and general structural improvements.

- Complete drywall, finish carpentry, and general home remodeling projects.

- Follow plans, scopes of work, and company quality standards.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

- Document completed work with photos and daily notes using company software.

- Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and teammates.


Minimum Requirements

- 5+ years of residential carpentry/remodeling experience.

- Experience with decks, siding, framing, drywall, trim, and general remodeling.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Own basic hand tools (tool bags, hammer, tape measure, speed square, utility knife, chalk line, pry bar, etc.). Company provides power tools.

- Comfortable using a smartphone to upload photos, notes, and job updates.

- Ability to lift 75 lbs., work on ladders, and perform physical labor safely.
