Candidate Requirements:
·      A minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience.
·      Experience in fast paced interdisciplinary fabrication is plus.
·      Experience in retail display is advantageous.
·      Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·      Exceptional organization skills.
Main Responsibilities:
·      Collaborate both independently and as part of a team, interpreting technical drawings to craft high-quality displays and pop-up spaces using materials such as MDF, plywood, laminate, and veneers.
·      Work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
·      Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities, essential for meeting project complexities and tight deadlines.
·      Ensure all completed work aligns with our company's exacting quality standards and deadlines.
·      Quickly communicate any quality issues or project lead time challenges to management, allowing for swift solutions and issue resolution.
·      Additional hours available during busy periods.
·      Open to occasional overnight installation work is a plus.
·      Tackle challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent:
·      Location: Farmingdale NY - Factory 
·      Basic Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday – Friday (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM during busy periods, with overtime paid at x1.5)
·      30-minute lunch break
·      15 days holiday per year
·      Air-conditioned/heated factory
·      On-site parking
·      Salary: $20 - $35 per hour based on experience
