Job description

Assists the Carpenter in constructing and executing a variety of carpentry - related projects using power and hand tools. Performs locksmith duties including the installation, maintenance, and repair of locks and door hardware. Complete work in accordance with specifications and applicable safety and regulatory standards. Provides time estimates for assigned work and maintains accurate records as required. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Experience 3 years experience in hospital maintenance or an equivalent building maintenance role. Required General Experience with door systems, hardware and keying systems. Preferred General Experience of applicable fire cords, DOH Life Safety (LS), and Joint Commission (TJC) standards, or the ability to cquire this knowledge Required Licenses Drivers License Required
