Carmen Schools of Science and Technology is seeking an enthusiastic and community-minded Parent Recruiter to help us connect with families interested in enrolling their children at Carmen South Middle School The Parent Recruiter will play an essential role in building relationships, sharing our mission, and helping families learn about the unique opportunities available at our school.

The Parent Recruiter will play an essential role in building relationships, sharing our mission, and helping families learn about the unique opportunities available at our school.
Compensation
  • Part-time hourly position (10-20 hours per week)
  • $20 per hour
  • Flexible scheduling

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be a parent of a current student or alumni of Carmen South Middle School
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service, community outreach, or sales experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for events and outreach
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Passion for education and belief in Carmen's mission and values

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help coordinate and attend all Carmen South Middle School events: Open house, family engagement events, bus tours, etc
  • Promote Carmen South Middle School at community events, local organizations, and within neighborhood networks.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective families, including phone calls, community visits, and tabling events.
  • Meet and track monthly student lead goals in coordination with the Admissions team.
  • Support enrollment efforts by guiding families through the application process.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and leads.
  • Serve as a positive ambassador of Carmen Schools, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to our mission.
