    We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator responsible for the setup, calibration, and operation of machinery used in our production processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently, contributing to the smooth and precise operation of our manufacturing line.     This position is based at our Santa Isabel, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
    What You Will Do
    • Work from verbal or written instructions, diagrams, or models.
    • Inspect machining operations and finished products against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools.
    • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
    • Set up and operate a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
    • Use computer-controlled equipment to select, position and secure automatic or semi-automatic machines.
    • Control and adjust machine settings to complete routine tasks according to specifications.
    • May make calculations and assist with numeric controlled programming.
    • An essential function of this role is the ability to accurately see, read, and interpret information on screens and materials for extended periods. You will be required to successfully complete a post offer vision examination.

    Qualifications You Must Have
    • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
    • Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
    • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
