Elevate your career to new heights as a US Tax Manager at our client's Big 4 prestigious accountancy firm in the Cayman Islands and play a pivotal role in delivering strategic tax advice and ensuring compliance for clients within the Financial Services industry.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of tasks, including reviewing U.S tax returns, conducting comprehensive tax research, engaging with clients to understand their unique needs, and providing exemplary leadership to your dedicated team of professionals.

Certification as a U.S Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or IRS Enrolled Agent is required

Responsibilities

  • Review U.S tax returns and conducting comprehensive tax research.
  • Engage with clients to understand their unique tax needs and provide strategic advice.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of tax professionals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the firm.

Capabilities and Skills Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of extensive U.S taxation work experience, with a specialized focus on investment funds.
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting/taxation or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in U.S tax compliance and consulting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
