Location: South Florida Offices (Port of Miami, Downtown Tech Hub, Miramar Tech Hub, Entertainment Studios)
Format:Hybrid: In-person Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays
Dates: June 1st- August 2nd 2026

About the Function:
The MBA-level internships in the Corporate Strategy and Development teams at Royal Caribbean offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's long-term growth and competitive positioning. These roles involve analyzing industry trends, evaluating new market opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. Interns conduct in-depth market research, financial modeling, and competitive analysis to identify potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and innovation opportunities aligned with Royal Caribbean's vision. They collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop strategic plans, assess risk, and facilitate cross-functional initiatives that enhance the company's global footprint and guest experiences. Working within a dynamic, global environment, MBA interns gain exposure to high-level strategic decision-making and complex project management.

Qualifications:
