Qatar Airways (QR) have embarked on an exciting transformation journey to change how we interact with our customers. As part of this journey, we are now recruiting for the role of Senior Cargo Sales Executive.
Based in Dallas, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, protecting existing business, and identifying new growth opportunities. You'll also promote QR's cargo products and services while ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
About you - The ideal candidate will:
  • Plan and manage all sales and marketing activities at the station and region, driving market penetration and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Develop strategic business plans including sales steering activities to optimize revenue and enhance QR's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, key clients, and business partners in the cargo industry
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market share analysis using compliant methods. Identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective strategies.
  • Ensure QR's participation in sales campaigns and public events.
  • Assist customers/clients with all information related to booking/ forwarding/delivery liaising with the local Ground Handling Agents and with Head Office Cargo departments.
  • Perform other dept. duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of Department.
