Job description

Pace is seeking an Owner/Operator Delivery Driver with their own CARGO or SPRINTER van in our South Bend market. Join Pace's carrier network and grow your business with consistent, dedicated routes!As a delivery driver in Pace's Preferred Carrier Network, you will make business to business deliveries to our customers on a multi-stop route in and around the South Bend area. Routes are assigned to drivers up to 6 days per week typically Monday-Saturday or Tuesday-Sunday depending on the delivery cadence.
We are seeking multiple independent contractors who can work early am (2:00am start time) and/or regular day routes beginning between 9:00am-9:30am. You must have your own cargo or sprinter van.
Key Responsibilities for Van Drivers:

  • Pick up freight and deliver to designated Pace customers.
  • Use Pace delivery app to track and document all deliveries.
  • Maintain required insurance.
  • Exceed customer delivery requirements and specifications.
  • Represent Pace in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Be presentable and provide excellent customer service to customers.
