Delivery Driver Associate – Cargo Van Driver

Location: Warren, OH
Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal, Temporary
Pay: $21.75–$22.25 per hour (based on experience, performance, and tenure)

Job Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a company cargo van while following all traffic laws and safety procedures
  • Deliver 200–300 packages daily to homes and businesses
  • Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles
  • Use a handheld device for routing, navigation, and customer delivery updates
  • Maintain high standards for attendance, safety, and customer service
  • Work independently while managing delivery routes efficiently
  • Deliver in various weather conditions including rain, snow, and heat
  • Frequently enter and exit the vehicle and walk driveways, stairs, and sidewalks throughout the day

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver’s license required (CDL not required)
  • Clean driving record preferred
  • Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
  • Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts
  • Reliable transportation to and from the delivery station
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Weekend availability may be required

Experience

  • Delivery driving experience is preferred but not required
  • Paid training is provided for all new hires

Schedule

  • Day shift / morning start times
  • Routes are typically 10 hours or less
  • Operations run 7 days per week
  • Full-time employees generally work 3–4 days per week
