We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for a Hospice position providing care to patients in their homes in the Kansas City, MO area.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life

  • Provide hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) while observing and reporting changes in condition to support comfort and quality of life

  • Support and guide patients and caregivers by reinforcing the care plan, offering emotional support, and helping them understand what to expect during the hospice journey

  • Respond promptly to patient needs with empathy and attentiveness and accurately document care provided in the EMR

  • Work independently, but never alone

CNA Qualifications
