What You'll Own:
Build & Strengthen the Care Team
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard high-quality caregivers
  • Set clear performance expectations
  • Maintain strong service standards and team culture
Develop & Support Caregivers
  • Provide mentorship and daily guidance
  • Reinforce accountability and professionalism
  • Ensure caregivers feel supported and valued
Own Scheduling & Operations
  • Manage caregiver schedules and coverage needs
  • Solve last-minute call-offs with calm, decisive leadership

What We're Looking For:

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
  • Valid driver's license & insured vehicle
  • Ability to pass background and registry checks
  • Positive, accountable, team-first leadership style
Compensation & Schedule:
  • Starting Salary: $40,000 plus bonus
  • Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Rotating on-call (evenings/weekends for urgent coverage support)
  • Office-West Houston Area (local travel as needed)
