Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Homecare Branch Manager Supervisor to lead our home healthcare operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily branch activities, ensure high-quality patient care, manage staff performance, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Your leadership will drive the success of our home care services by fostering a positive team environment and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily home care branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service delivery
  • Oversee medical office management functions such as patient records, billing, and documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and JCAHO standards while maintaining patient confidentiality and safety
  • Manage fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize branch performance
  • Lead human resources activities such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development for nursing, medical administrative support, and caregiving teams
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate acute care, managed care plans, utilization management, and other clinical services
  • Utilize clinical management systems like Dentrix or Eaglesoft to streamline office workflows and improve patient experience

Requirements

  • Proven supervising experience in a healthcare or medical office environment with strong leadership skills
  • Extensive medical office experience including clinic or dental office management; familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare management practices including HIPAA compliance, medical terminology, medical records management, and practice management software

Requirements:

Position Qualifications

  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
