Registered Dental Hygienist - Denver, CO
Location: Denver, Colorado
Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire
Pay: Starting at $57/hour (DOE)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support dentists in providing outstanding patient care, educate patients on oral health, and help ensure each visit is positive and efficient. This is a direct hire opportunity offering stability, professional development, and a supportive work environment.
Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Tuesday off)
  • Patient hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm with a 1-hour lunch
  • Appointments are 60 minutes, with 8 patients per day
  • Flexible scheduling opportunities may be available

Key Responsibilities

  • Review patient charts and medical history prior to treatment
  • Greet and engage patients, explain procedures, and answer questions
  • Provide clinical care including screenings, record collection, and patient education on oral health and treatment plans
  • Schedule recall and restorative appointments
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Carestack
  • Follow infection control protocols, ensure operatory cleanliness, and sterilize instruments
  • Expand clinical skills through continuing education and training

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
  • Laser Certification and Local Anesthetic Certification preferred
  • Experience with Carestack and SOTA Cloud preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Open to new graduates

  • Competitive hourly pay: $57/hour and up DOE
  • Paid Time Off (all-inclusive vacation, sick, etc.):
    • Year 0-1: 48 hours
    • Year 1-5: 80 hours
    • Year 5+: 120 hours
