Job description

General Dentist - Abilene, Texas
Up to $50,000 in Bonuses | $250,000-$300,000 Earning Potential | Path to Ownership
Full-Time | In Person | New Graduates Welcome
Frontline Source Group is partnering with a fast-paced, patient-first dental practice in Abilene, Texas to find a General Dentist who wants full clinical autonomy, built-in mentorship from multiple doctors, and a defined path to practice ownership.
This isn't an associate position with a dead end. The practice actively encourages and supports associates toward ownership - and they back it up with one of the most aggressive compensation and bonus packages in the region. New graduates are not just accepted - they're welcomed and mentored from day one.
Compensation & Bonuses
  • Annual Earning Potential: $250,000-$300,000 (production-based)
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40,000
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
  • Rent Stipend: Up to $1,000 per month
  • Continuing Education: $2,000 annually
  • Total Bonus Package: Up to $50,000 in combined sign-on and relocation bonuses
Benefits
  • Medical insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Malpractice insurance (company paid)
  • Dental insurance
  • $2,000/year continuing education allowance
Mentorship & Path to Ownership
This practice has built a mentorship model with multiple doctors actively guiding your development - clinically, professionally, and financially. The goal is to get you ready to own. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician, the support structure is in place from day one.
  • Full Clinical Autonomy: Practice dentistry the way you were trained. No corporate protocols dictating your treatment plans.
  • Built-In Mentorship: Learn from multiple experienced doctors who are invested in your success and growth.
  • Defined Path to Ownership: The practice actively encourages and supports associates toward practice ownership. If your long-term goal is to own, this is where you start building.

Why Abilene, Texas
Just two hours from the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Abilene offers small-town charm with big-city access whenever you want it. Top-rated schools, a tight-knit community, and a cost of living that makes a $250K-$300K salary stretch significantly further than it would in Austin, Dallas, or Houston.
Texas has no state income tax, which means your take-home pay is your actual pay. Combine that with the $1,000/month rent stipend, and your financial runway in Abilene is exceptional. This is where you build real wealth - not just a salary.
Requirements
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
  • Active Texas dental license (or eligible)
  • Experience preferred, but new graduates are genuinely welcome
How to Apply
  • Contact Frontline Source Group to start the conversation. We'll walk you through the full opportunity, answer your questions, and connect you directly with the practice if it's a good fit.
