Job description

Position Overview

We are building a bench of experienced Executive Coaches to support contract opportunities providing confidential, high-level coaching to senior and enterprise leaders. These positions are as needed and dependent upon contract award. Applicants will only be contacted if contracts requiring your skillset are awarded. Please ensure you meet ALL requirements below and this is reflected on your resume prior to application.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience coaching senior-level leaders.
  • Demonstrated professional experience serving in a senior or executive leadership role within an organization (public-sector, private-sector, or nonprofit).
  • Active executive coaching certification: ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC).
  • Ability to provide proof of ICF credentials upon request.
  • Adherence to ICF Code of Ethics and professional standards in all coaching engagements.
  • Ability to provide three professional references, including at least one related to executive coaching.
Required Coaching Capabilities
  • Deliver confidential, one-on-one executive coaching addressing strategic thinking, executive presence, communication, decision-making, and leadership transitions.
  • Deliver team coaching, including team effectiveness sessions, leadership alignment, and collaboration/conflict resolution support.
  • Administer and interpret at least one leadership assessment tool (e.g., Hogan, DISC, Clifton, etc) and incorporate findings into individualized development plans
  • Adept at administering and delivering 360-degree feedback tools.
  • Elevate strategic influence and strengthen executive decision-making.
  • Help leaders navigate organizational, business, and (where applicable) political complexity.
  • Support leaders through organizational change and serve as a confidential thought partner.
  • Establish and maintain a signed coaching agreement with each client prior to the first session.
  • Track and report coaching hours delivered and maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and engagement status.
Delivery Expectations
  • Ability to meet regularly with assigned leaders on a schedule set by the engagement.
  • Ability to deliver coaching in person and/or virtually, depending on engagement requirements.
  • Ability to establish a confidential, trusted coaching relationship with senior leaders.
  • Availability during regular business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., as assigned.
Preferred

Some contracts require experience coaching within public-sector, utility, or regulatory environments. Some contracts require Federal SES coaching experience.
