POSITION TITLE: Tech Pro - Assistant Football Coach
COMPENSATION RANGE: 12,913.00 - 12,913.00 USD per year

Position Summary:
The Athletic Quality Control Analyst develops, promotes and supports the strategic and operational aspects of intercollegiate student-athlete programs.
Job Duties:
  • Prepare, breakdown, and analyze video from practices, games and opponents games for review by the head coach, coordinators, assistant coaches and student-athletes.
  • Study each opponent's game plan and schemes, analyze data and chart tendencies to facilitate the planning and execution of practice and game preparation. Evaluate athlete's skill and review performance records to determine strength and weaknesses of opponents.
  • Identify pregame and in game opponent's personnel assignments. Assist with game day call sheet with the Defensive / Offensive / Special Teams Coordinators.
  • Create playbook for assigned areas (offense, defense, special teams). Collaborate with each position coach to synthesize their input into the playbook.
  • Assist with the following - as assigned by the Head Coach.
  • Devise methods by which the team can achieve success.
  • Establishment and development of the team and team atmosphere.
  • Creates a positive atmosphere for the successful recruitment

Minimum Qualifications:
The Athletic Quality Control Analyst must have a bachelor's degree and preferably experience as a graduate assistant in the football department or other related experience. Also prefer NCAA rules knowledge.
Required (may obtain and maintain immediately following hire); CPR/First Aid, NCAA rules and regulations certification.

Benefits available include health, dental, vision, life and long-term disability insurance, as well as a selection of several defined contribution retirement plans for all full-time positions. Employees at UNC receive sick leave, and other leave options may be available based on position. Full-time employees are eligible to receive tuition waiver benefits, as well as dependents and spouses of UNC Employees who are employed at 0.5 FTE or above are eligible for undergraduate dependent tuition grants of up to 50%. These tuition grants will cover in-state tuition charges. Further requirements may exist. Other benefits may be available based on position.
