The Project Management Pathway is designed to build foundational leadership skills and execution excellence through hands-on experience supporting key initiatives across the enterprise. Participants rotate through different divisions, take on key assignments, and support long-term strategic projects that will influence the financial futures of our investors. This pathway offers a dynamic and evolving experience where participants develop core skills in project management, stakeholder management, and driving results through others.
Ideal candidates are intellectually curious, highly collaborative, and passionate about building a career in financial services and helping the client.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of complex projects and strategic initiatives across unique business areas that will be presented to key leadership

  • Influence and lead across teams without direct authority, fostering alignment, accountability, and progress toward shared outcomes

  • Enable effective decision-making by leveraging data, identifying trade-offs, and helping teams prioritize work aligned to strategic goals

  • Communicate effectively across audiences, translating complex information into clear, actionable updates that drive alignment and commitment

  • Gain confidence in navigating the ambiguities of the industry while identifying problems, recommending solutions, and improving how the business functions

Required Qualifications:
