Your Role as a Business Development Associate
  • Partner directly with a top-performing Account Manager to support their client development efforts
  • Book qualified meetings with potential clients through outreach via phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking
  • Research prospective companies and decision-makers using industry tools and platforms
  • Shadow client meetings to learn how we present our services, uncover hiring needs, and close new business
  • Represent ROCS at local events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
  • Track activity, outreach, and meeting notes in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment
