District 41 Farmers Insurance is looking for a high-energy, people-focused Career Development Advisor to help us identify, attract, and develop the next generation of insurance professionals.

This is not a traditional recruiting position.


You will serve as the first impression of our organization by helping candidates explore careers as Insurance Producers, Protgs, and future Agency Owners. Your mission is to guide each candidate through our Career Development System and place them on the path where they are most likely to succeed.

Lead Career Discovery

Guide Candidates Through the Process

Schedule and follow up with candidates

Ensure completion of the Personality Assessment

Review applications
