As our Assisted Living Coordinator, youโ€™ll be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring our residents receive exceptional care in a vibrant, person-centered environment. *This role is Full-Time, with on-call rotation every other week (including weekends).

Key Responsibilities:
Staffing & Training:
โ€ขย ย  ย Respond to applicant inquiries promptly and coordinate interviews
โ€ขย ย  ย Oversee interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training processes
โ€ขย ย  ย Schedule training sessions and ensure completion of annual education requirements
โ€ขย ย  ย Facilitate new employee floor training and skills testing with RN/LPN
Scheduling & Coordination:
โ€ขย ย  ย Maintain and manage staff schedules
โ€ขย ย  ย Monitor and address call-ins, coordinating with the RN/LPN as necessary
โ€ขย ย  ย Cover open shifts when required
Resident Cares:
โ€ขย ย  ย Provide direct personal cares as needed
โ€ขย ย  ย Administer medications as needed
Life Enrichment/Dining Experience:
โ€ขย ย  ย Manage daily and monthly Life Enrichment activities and assessments
โ€ขย ย  ย Produce monthly activity calendars, monthly menus and newsletters for residents
โ€ขย ย  ย Meal preparation, ย cook meals and serve our residents
Administrative Tasks:
โ€ขย ย  ย Order medical supplies and equipment (e.g., Medline orders)
โ€ขย ย  ย Order cleaning and food supplies
โ€ขย ย  ย Managing house inventory
โ€ขย ย  ย Submitting monthly financialsย 
โ€ขย ย  ย Submit maintenance work orders
โ€ขย ย  ย Approving timecards bi-weekly
Housekeeping Duties:ย 
โ€ขย ย  ย Ensure timely room turnovers for new residents
โ€ขย ย  ย Assist with laundry and cleaning duties as needed

โ€ขย ย  ย Tech-savviness, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
