As a Finance & Business Manager, Associate in the Enterprise Technology Finance & Business Management team, you will serve as a trusted finance and business partner to the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls organization. You will support financial planning, reporting, business analysis, and strategic initiatives while partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Business Management teams. You will help drive execution of business priorities, deliver management insights, and identify opportunities to improve processes and create value for the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate financial forecasting and reporting, including monthly financials, allocations, headcount analysis, and management reporting
  • Lead the annual budgeting process in partnership with technology and finance stakeholders
  • Support executive ad hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
  • Lead financial analysis that provides insights for management decision-making and supports strategic business initiatives
  • Partner with finance and functional teams to lead and support strategic projects
  • Partner with Finance & Business Management teams to support technology-wide objectives and enterprise business cases
  • Collaborate with team members and global managers to identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and enhance business processes
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Support business strategy development and execution through financial analysis and business management activities

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in Finance and Business Management, financial planning and analysis, or a related discipline
  • Experience supporting technology organizations
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and develop insights
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with Anaplan
  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks Query, SQL, or Python
  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools to support analysis, reporting, and process improvement
