Care Assistants are professionals who provide support and assistance to people who need help with daily living activities, often due to age, illness, or disability. Care Assistants work in various settings such as residential care homes, clients’ own homes, or healthcare facilities. Their primary goal is to improve the quality of life and promote independence for those they care for.

What are some common challenges care assistants face when supporting clients with varying needs?

Care Assistants often work with clients who have diverse physical, emotional, or cognitive needs, which can make each day unique and sometimes unpredictable. One common challenge is balancing the need to provide personal care with respecting the dignity and independence of each client.
