We are driven by the principle of commitment, empowerment and excellence. We provide a variety of non-medical services.

The care ambassador/companions will serve and support the aging population. Our staff benefits from initial and on-going job training, flexible weekly scheduling, and the opportunity to meet new people and develop meaningful relationships.

*** PAY Structure: $12-14/hr DOE***

FULL PPE provided. You may be working with _non COVID-19_ clients with no known COVID risk to employee.

Overview: ** The care ambassador will be a compassionate, gentle individual who inspire hope in improving the lives of others. You will assist in safeguarding independence of the aging client in the privacy of their own home. This care ambassador will assist in the daily care, responsibilities may include, but are not limited to meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, personal hygiene, companion care, dementia care, and more. You will be expected to keep a daily log and communicate with the office on a regular basis to ensure quality of care for our clients (we use electronic software for documentation) We try our best to provide our employees with days and hours that best fit your schedule. We also understand the importance of matching the care giver to the client through our personality placement software program.

It’s important for our employees and clients to be satisfied on a daily basis. Referral bonuses available, ability to grow within company, training opportunities, etc.

* * Must be at least 18 years of age

* Previous experience as a Caregiver or related field preferred * Applicants DO NOT need to be certified to apply. Experience Preferred Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: * Caregiving: 1 year++ (Preferred)

CPR Certified (Preferred)

Work Area Location: Permian Basin- Midland, Odessa, Gardendale, Stanton

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

* Reliable Transportation and Car Insurance is a Must*

Job Types: As Needed

Schedule: *Shift's Vary * Day shift * Night Shift * Monday to Friday * Weekend availability
