RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent, direct-hire, RCIS certified Cath Lab Technologist for a leading & well-respected healthcare organization near Prosper, Texas!
Pay Range: $34.77 $52.15 per hour
RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Key Responsibilities:
  • Shift Schedules: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm or Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Full-time, permanent, direct hire position!
  • Serve as a monitor tech during procedures by interpreting basic and advanced dysrhythmia and EKGs and operating physiological recorders.
  • Maintain and clean the Cath lab, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Post-procedure safety: Remove arterial/venous sheath, maintain hemostasis, and monitor patient status.
  • Prepare the lab for procedures by setting up and ensuring sterile technique.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by shaving and prepping and marking arterial pulses.
RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Shift Differential:
  • Evening: $2.25 - 3pm-11pm
  • Nights: $3.25 - 11pm-7am
  • Weekend: $4.00 - (11pm Friday - 7am Monday)
RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree with a science emphasis, or commensurate healthcare experience required.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • RCIS certification (or ARRT and TX RT(R) in lieu of RCIS) required within 18 months of hire.
  • 1+ year of experience in a Cath lab or related cardiovascular field preferred.
