Job description

Job Summary: Assist CVTs and Cath Lab RNs in their performance of cardiac cath procedures, permanent pacemaker and defibrillator implantation. Work under direct supervision of CVT or RN. Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures. Stock procedure rooms. Transport patients to and from cardiac cath labs.

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Current enrollment in an approved CVT program. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be highly organized. Needs to have (or be in process of obtaining) BLS certification.
