Provides administrative and technical support to all divisions within Non-Invasive Cardiology and Vascular labs. Works in coordination with Lead Techs, Operations Managers, and the Director of Cardiovascular imaging to ensure smooth functioning of the Non-Invasive Diagnostic imaging labs.This position includes administrative supervision of all technical staff and clerical staff. This position includes administrative oversight of the front desk staff and all revenue cycling responsibilities, co-pay collections, charge entry and running the missing charges report to ensure compliance. Responsible for all regulatory agencies compliance, as well as obtaining and maintaining labs accreditation.Has overview of all off sites staffing to ensure coverage is adequate. Manages the inpatient and outpatient operations, responsible for proper charges for both the hospital sites and outpatients sites. Responsible for all medical equipment purchases and maintenance as well as medical records. Responsible for special projects, interview, hire, train and discipline all staff. Supports and promotes Montefiore Excellence. Ensure quality customer services for all patients and internal and external staff.SCHEDULE: 8 AM-5 PM. Monday-Friday.EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's Degree is preferred, Associate's Degree is required.Completion of CAAHEP certified cardiovascular sonography program required - RDCS or RCS, RVT or RVS.4 years of unit related experience required - including but not limited to knowledge of operating Ultrasound systems, stress testing systems, EKG machines, Epic, TEE disinfection system, ISCV.Montefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
