• Engage with clients to establish and work towards personalized treatment goals tailored to their specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide prevention-oriented therapy, resulting in optimal client outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with an array of treatment providers and community placement agencies when necessary, facilitating holistic care for clients.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of each session, ensuring all records meet compliance standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in regular staff meetings aimed at professional development, team building, and fostering a positive work culture.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele seeking support for various mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Our clients come from all walks of life, and your ability to build rapport and establish trust will be essential in facilitating meaningful therapeutic progress.

• A valid and fully recognized mental health license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) is required to practice.
• Minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field, demonstrating competency in clinical practice.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources and the ability to navigate these services effectively for client benefit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that enable effective and compassionate interactions with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to foster rapport with clients and a strong commitment to client-centered care.
• Possess leadership qualities that inspire confidence and collaboration within the team.

Experience with integrated treatment approaches and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be considered strong advantages. Previous work in a remote therapy capacity is also beneficial in aligning with our operational model.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
