Job Summary

TheNon-Acute Pharmaceutical Salesteamis responsible forgrowing and servicing the Non-Acute ASC Market, National accounts and aportionof the strategic physician office customersselling pharmaceuticaldistribution.AsaNon-Acute Pharmaceutical SalesRepresentativebea part of the fast-paced sales team- responsible for winning,maintainingand growing customer relationships. Thisrole is a mix ofdirect sales, account management andcustomer serviceandis responsible forday-to-day activities like order resolution, placement, and account maintenance aswellcustomer initiatives, sales presentations and more.

Territory:Predominantly Southeast United States. Can live in Eastern or Central time zone. This role will be 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete remote solution-based concept training to include assessment of knowledge to ensure retention and ability to apply methodologies.

  • Responsible for the management and growth ofassignedstrategic groups consisting of clinics and ambulatory surgery centers.

  • Responsible for cultivating andmaintainingon-going customer relationships with an assigned set of customers and strategic accounts.

  • Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service and recommendations in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, improvements to internal and external processes, and other areas of opportunity.

  • Provides product service information to customers andidentifiesupselling opportunities tomaintainand increase income streams from customer relationships.

  • Utilizes CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Atlas) to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics, leading to improved forecastingaccuracy

  • Complete all required administrative tasks including expense management, new business forms, etc.

  • Maintain knowledge of the current industry/competitive landscapeincluding,healthcare economics, reimbursement,competitorsand competitive products etc.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

  • Previousdocumentedaccount management,sales experience or course work aligned to marketing or sales, preferred.Sales internships or sales competitions a plus

  • Drive for results; action oriented; strong work ethic and career ambition;Self-starter who is passionate about sales.

  • Strongphone, written, and in-person communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

  • Strong communicationand organizational skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
