Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to accurately identify clients' psychological and emotional needs, employing various evidence-based assessment tools.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for clients, employing therapeutic modalities suitable for treatment of individuals, couples, and families.
  • Facilitate engaging therapeutic services, including both individual therapy sessions and structured group therapy, focusing on enhancing relational dynamics and communication skills.
  • Guide clients in building effective coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and stress management skills tailored to their unique situations.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and effective treatment strategies.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes using electronic health records (EHR) systems to comply with legal and ethical standards.
