• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients presenting with a variety of chronic pain conditions. This includes reviewing patient medical histories, performing detailed physical examinations, and assessing pain levels through standardized tools and techniques.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with physicians and specialists to devise individualized pain management plans that encompass multiple treatment modalities, including medication management, physical therapy, and interventional procedures such as epidural injections and nerve blocks.
• Patient Education: Empower patients by providing comprehensive information about their diagnoses, treatment options, and self-management strategies, facilitating informed decisions regarding their care.
• Procedural Assistance: Actively participate in various pain management procedures, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and adherence to established clinical protocols during interventions.
• Follow-up Care: Monitor patients' progress following treatment, making necessary adjustments to these plans based on clinical evidence and patient feedback, and offering emotional and psychological support as needed.

Our pain management clinic serves a diverse patient population suffering from a wide range of chronic pain conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, neuropathic pain, and post-operative pain. Our goal is to improve the overall wellbeing of each patient by addressing not only their physical pain but also the emotional and psychological factors that accompany chronic conditions.

• Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a comparable accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate care focused on patient outcomes.

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field.
• Certification in Pain Management or a relevant specialty strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a pain management or similar healthcare setting is highly advantageous.

Cardinal Medical Center offers a competitive salary that ranges from $90,000 to $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
