Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry

Location: Greenville, South Carolina

Job Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Cardiac Telemetry RN to provide care for post-surgical cardiac and oncology patients in a high-acuity inpatient unit. Candidate must be strong in telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips, and post-operative cardiovascular care.

Shift Details:

  • 3x12 night shifts (19:00-07:30)
  • Every other weekend (may change based on unit needs)
  • Floating required when needed

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
  • Minimum 3 years required for first-time travelers
  • Cardiac telemetry and post-surgical CV patient experience required
  • Experience with cardiac drips and insulin drips required
  • Must pass EKG competency exam prior to start
  • EPIC EMR experience (minimum 1 year)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage telemetry patients with cardiac conditions
  • Care for post-operative cardiac and oncology patients (CABG, valve repair, VATS, esophageal cancer cases)
  • Administer and monitor cardiac and insulin drips
  • Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
  • Ensure accurate documentation in EPIC
  • Support safe medication administration using Omnicell system
  • Perform patient assessments and post-surgical monitoring

Certifications Required:

  • SC Registered Nurse License
