Director of Outpatient & Cardiac Rehab Services

Lead. Coordinate. Make a Difference.

Nemaha County Hospital is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to oversee our Outpatient Services & Cardiac Rehab Departments. This exempt leadership position offers a flexible schedule built around clinic operations while providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both patients and staff.

The Director of Outpatient & Cardiac Rehab Services is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and operational success of our outpatient clinics and Cardiac Rehab program. This role works collaboratively with providers, clinical staff, and hospital leadership to ensure efficient operations, exceptional patient experiences, and high-quality care across multiple services.

While the position includes oversight of Cardiac Rehabilitation, those responsibilities will transition into the role over time with the support of an established team, allowing the successful candidate to focus initially on outpatient operations and leadership.
