Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical, clinical, and product support during EP procedures and oversee successful deployment and integration of the company's technologies in clinical settings
  • Serve as an on-site expert in the EP lab, offering real-time guidance to physicians and staff on the use of company products
  • Collaborate with Regional Account Executives to support pre- and post-sales activities including product evaluations, troubleshooting, and in-servicing
  • Deliver ongoing clinical training and education to healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal use of the company's technology and promoting clinical excellence
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system, including account activity and procedural data
  • Share customer-related insights into product-development and marketing teams based on field experience and physician input

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of science/engineering (biomedical preferred) or related field or equivalent experience in cardiac electrophysiology
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant medical device clinical support experience is preferred
  • Previous cardiac electrophysiology mapping experience is preferred but not required

Knowledge and Skills:
