JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-


Registered Nurse - Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit

RN - CSICU

Full-Time NIGHTS

Registered Nurse candidates for the Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit will have the following job responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a dynamic RN to join our team.
  • We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments.
  • In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously.
  • You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner
  • Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
  • Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
  • Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement


JOB QUALIFICATIONS-


Registered Nurse - Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit

RN - CSICU

Full-Time NIGHTS

Registered Nurse candidates for the Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

  • Looking for candidates that have 1+years of Acute Care RN experience. (Does not necessarily need to be in the ICU but they need a good Acute Care Background)
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
  • BLS required
  • ACLS required within 6 months of hire
  • BSN is preferred
  • CCRN a plus but must be obtained within 2 years. NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days.

· $27.72- $33 an HR (5 years)- $36.30 (10 years)- $39.60 (15+)

  • Specialty Diff: $2.50
  • Shift Differentials: $3 Nights and $2 weekends
  • Sign On: up to $25k Sign on for Nights Only (Case by case; as it also depends on the candidates years of experience) * Up to $15k Sign on for Days Only
  • Relocation: Case By Case Basis
