This position is responsible for assuring the quality activities of the Medical Staff are in accordance with regulatory and other Medical Staff quality requirements, specifically in regards to ongoing and focused professional practice evaluation, or peer review monitoring. The Clinical Reviewer is responsible for performing initial screening and analysis of peer review indicators in support of the Medical Staff clinical departments and facilitates meaningful case review and follow up. Supports the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation process, implements and monitors physician and advanced practice provider specific tracking, trending and reporting. Fosters a learning culture that facilitates professional performance improvement for all Medical Staff providers.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Bachelors Degree
• 5 years experience Required Years of Experience
