Job description

About the job Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
AlediumHR is partnering with a leading medical center to hire a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for a fast-paced, high-performing team in southeastern Arizona.
If you're someone who thrives in procedural environments and wants to be part of a team handling complex cardiac cases-not just routine imaging-this is a solid opportunity to grow your skill set and work alongside experienced clinicians.
What You'll Do

  • Assist with a range of cardiac procedures, including:
    • Diagnostic cardiac catheterizations
    • Interventional procedures (PCI)
    • Pacemaker implants
  • Monitor patients during procedures and communicate changes in real time
  • Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety and clinical protocols
  • Support pre- and post-procedure patient care
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the broader care team
  • Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery expectations
What You Bring
  • ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist (required)
  • Current BLS certification
  • ACLS (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
  • Strong understanding of patient safety and procedural workflows
  • Ability to stay focused and perform under pressure
Preferred Experience
  • CI or RCIS certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab
  • Exposure to additional procedures such as stress testing, loop recorders, or venous ablation

Why This Role
This is a hands-on clinical role where you'll be part of real cardiac interventions-not just supporting from the sidelines. You'll gain experience across a variety of procedures while working in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
