Job Title: In-Shop Team Member (Part-Time, Open Availability)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay: Starting base pay of $12.00/hour, plus an additional $1.50 to $2.00/hour on average in tips. (tips are distributed along with bi-weekly direct deposits)
  • Performance Raise: Base pay increases to $13.00/hour upon 100% menu memorization and sandwich line mastery.
  • Flexible Payouts: Bi-weekly direct deposit, with an option to sign up for daily pay via a Branch Card after your first paycheck.
  • Shift Meals: Free sandwich on all shifts. Employees working an 8-hour shift or longer receive a free regular-size combo meal.
  • Health & Wellness: Employee benefits include Direct2care for instant telemedicine and mental health care for illness-related occurrences.

What You'll Do:

  • Customer Service: Take orders at the register, handle cash accurately, and provide a welcoming experience for our guests.
  • Food Preparation: Master our sandwich line operations, memorize the menu, and safely utilize kitchen equipment including serrated knives and toaster ovens.
  • Store Maintenance: Handle daily prep, dishwashing, and general cleaning duties to maintain our high standards.
  • Team Execution: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an exceptional eye for detail.

Schedule Requirements:

  • Part-Time Hours: Open Availability (Shift times may vary). Full-time hours may be available

-9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

-11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

-4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

-4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (closing shift)

  • Scheduling: Team members are expected to be fully accountable for their schedules, which are managed conveniently through the 7shifts online platform.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Physical: Must be able to lift items up to 40 lbs. Must be able to bend, reach, move equipment, get under equipment for cleaning and upkeep.
  • Age Requirements: Candidates under 18 must provide a valid work permit if they are currently in school.

Ideal Experience:

Previous experience in food service, customer-facing roles, fast-paced execution, drive-thru, expediting, line cook, dishwasher, or leadership positions is a major plus.

  • Dress Code: Must comply with our business casual style dress code.
  • Workplace Policy: To maintain our fast and focused environment, the use of personal phones, headphones, ear-pods, tobacco products, vapes, and cigarettes is strictly prohibited while on the clock.
