Summary:
  • Responsible for enrolling guests into the Players Club, issuing tickets to events, and printing guest comps.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greets all guests promptly at Players' Club area

• Actively offers enrollment into Players' Club tracking system and explains the benefits and/or rewards they can receive
• Issues meal, show, and gift "comps"
• Promotes entertainment events and assists with changing signs, marquees, and messages on EGDs
• Tracks player activity via the current players' club tracking system
• Sells and issues tickets for various events and conducts Gift Shop sales
• Completes all paperwork associated with Gift Shop and ticket sales
• Assist guests at Coat Check
• Conducts all gaming floor promotions and assists with poker and blackjack tournaments
• Greet buses and distribute vouchers to bus patrons
• Maintains a clean and organized workstation and Players' Club area
• May work in the Marketing office to assist with other marketing projects as requested
• May work parades and other events off site
• May work in entertainment center for VIP parties, meeting, etc.
• May perform other duties as assigned and/or related to Players' Club Attendant duties
General Qualifications:
  • Ability to enter data via a computer terminal. Friendly, outgoing personality.

• Ability to perform cash/check/credit card sales transactions.
Education and/or Experience:
  • GED or High School Diploma

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
