Bank of Botetourt is seeking qualified candidates for a Card Services / Electronic Banking Representative to work in our Customer Care Center in Buchanan, Virginia.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess strong computer skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and must work well in a team environment, while also being comfortable working independently. Candidate must be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated and possess strong problem-solving skills. Prior banking experience is preferred, but not required.


The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budge, work location, relevant skills, education and experience.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Card Services Support, including general customer service and fraud alert procedures.
  • Deposit Services Support, including wire transfers.
  • Online Banking Support, including Mobile Banking, Business Online Banking, Zelle and Transfer Now
  • Electronic Storage & Statement Management
  • General customer service in all areas listed above for both customers and co-workers.

Basic Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills. Excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task, proficient in operating standard office machines.
